Astros/Royals on MLBN right now in the bottom of the 3rd. No score so far. It's in Houston.

Well now they're 9 for 10 on third and short, haha.

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:01 PM
Cowboys will start on their own 20 after a Patriot punt. Let's go Boyz!

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:04 PM
Cowboys run it for 3 and 1st down. 2nd and 7 now. Weedon hits McFadden short of the first. 3rd and 2.

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:05 PM
Third and one pass instead of a run. Weeden was pressured and threw it away on that play action. Punt goes down to the 20.....a 55 yd punt.

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:08 PM
Looks like the Cowboys will play conservative and try to just keep pace in the first half. They're gonna hafta open up and give some other recievers a chance

Dallas offense is anemic. Cant run or pass effectively enough to keep up with the good teams. D keeping them in game.

Another sack....

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:13 PM
Cowboys D sacks Brady on 3rd and 11. Patriots will have to punt now from deep in their own end. Dallas has 4 sacks of Brady so far. Good punt down inside the 15.

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:15 PM
Not sure about the yardline on that punt. We'll see where Dallas starts this series. Yep its the 13.

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:18 PM
They said that was a 62 yd punt by the Patriots that time. Dallas offense can't pick up a first. They are indeed struggling. 3rd and 12 to McFadden right at the marker. Holding on #65 for Dallas. Half the distance to the goalline. Dallas backed way up now at their own 4. 3rd and 18.

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:19 PM
Dumps it to McFadden again as he gets it out to the 18. Cowboys will punt again. Tackled at the 45. 4th 3 and out on Dallas. Cowboys have only 56 yds. offense so far.

Roughneck93
10-11-2015, 04:23 PM
Claiborne....lol

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:24 PM
Heck, I may be forced to watch the Astros today......the Cowboys look so vanilla. No excitement to watch and cheer about. Baseball is mundane compared to football, but that shows how unexciting this Cowboys offense is today.

Roughneck93

Might be all the points NE needs right there.

This game is headed to an ugly result for the Cowboys. They can't pick up a first down and get out of their own Red Zone.

Put in Cassel...at least he has a pulse and might even have the will to win.

The Cowboys could not get more predictable if they tried to! Why the hell does Jerry Jones have a backup NFL QB that can't make normal throws and reads down the field? This is the NFL and not high school. There's no excuse for Weeden being our backup.....

regaleagle
10-11-2015, 04:39 PM

Probably won't be all the points the Pats score, though. But you're right.....might be all they need to win against this Cowboys offense.

Wow...here comes the beatdown.

Farmersfan
10-11-2015, 05:31 PM
Weeden throws and 1 yard bailout pass to the RB who gets smothered by 2 linebackers for no gain. Commentators are stating Weeden had NOBODY to throw to. I saw Williams open on the sideline for a 1st! I saw Escobar wide open downfield for a 1st down! Weeden saw neither....

Two points: The Patriots get away with more holding than any team I've ever watched. They also get away with the receiver pick play more than any other team. The officials have to see the offensive pick plays........:hand:

Every play is a receiver pick play.................. I guess you can run into the defender to free up another receiver if you just throw your hands in the air..

Please bench Weeden before the season completely goes down the drain. This gives two weeks to prepare Cassel for the Giants.

He does show one emotion.... fear! I see it in his eyes. He goes to the checkdown receiver faster than anyone I ever saw.

Another thing, why not give Michaels a chance to run the ball. It's apparent he can and WANTS to.

And now you know why Brady is so good. Always has open receivers somewhere because of illegal pick plays. But then again we are talking about Spygate, Inflategate and now Pickgate.

Seems to me Weeden bails on the pocket really fast too! And he moves so slow when he does run out of the pocket he is run down faster than Stephen Hawking with a dead battery...

....I think Weeden's problem is his helmet/chinstrap don't fit right!!.....He's constantly opening his mouth and doin' funny facial stuff like something is botherin' him.....IDK...........

....this is all Greendawg's fault!.....

I don't if he is all that slow once he runs but I have seen sloths react faster.

I think if the Cowboys can figure out a way to go 2-2 the next four, we got a shot. Romo should be back for Miami. Then we would need to go 5-2 to get to 9-7. I think that might win the division if you win your division games. That's one reason why this game with NY is huge. It would give the Cowboys a huge tie breaker with NY.

Next week is a must win game unless we can some how manage a 10-6 season and I don't see that happening.
