Connally has most certainly had a rough go of it with that schedule. You are talking about a 3A threat to get back to state plus what some would consider the top 3 teams out of 4A DI region IV.

Surprised their defense has been that big of an issue. I know in the Cameron game it was 63-0 midway through the 3rd quarter. In district play they should not play a team of the caliber of those 4.

This makes the WOS 5-1 record look even more impressive.. Next closest team with 5 wins is #14 LaGrange. LaGrange will have their hands full with Giddings and Caldwell but their predistrict gauntlet only prepared them more for those match ups barring injuries. I'm already starting to feel the excitement starting for the playoffs even though it's a month away. The way things are looking there will be quite a few rematches between longtime foes.
