That bothered me also...winning your first 11 is impressive but they way they got blown out of the playoffs made me kinda sour on em...I could see Atlanta in there instead of Pleasant Grove..

Lots of good 3A teams this year. I know it's difficult to narrow things down when so many had good seasons, and Matt obviously puts a lot of thought and research into his statements and opinions, but it is hard to imagine a scenario where Longview Spring Hill would be left out of the top 15 or 20. SH demolished Pleasant Grove and played even with Gladewater (who was a dropped pass away from beating Commerce).

Like I said, Matt has done an outstanding job and is as knowledgeable as any moderator on any of these boards. Not meaning to be a critic or downplay the successes of any other team, just trying to get a good group of kids and a good football team one last thumbs up.

If Gladewater is truly #8 (and I believe they are at least that high), and Wilmer Hutchins #13, Spring Hill would have to be between them somewhere.

Just my extremely biased opinion.

Bridge City played both Sweeney and Mexia in the playoffs, and Sweeney was by far a better ball club. Also where is Sealy? Maybe you need input from somewhere else.

I agree. Sweeny was by far a better team than Mexia!

It is my feeling Forney should be ranked second and Sinton third and then Bellville and Commerce. After that, it looks fine.
