Knute Rockne--the movie is old and a little cheesy for modern tastes, but very inspirational. lots of good old football scenes involving the new T formation and the beginnings of the forward pass. Most famous line--- "...win one for the Gipper"

I would say that Rudy is always a good one to help inspire your team. Maybe the program too, but the language might be a little much.

One the way to a game - Remember the Titans, Rudy or some sort of NFL highlights film are great. On the way home after a win watch something funny and light that the guys will enjoy.
