View Full Version : Hey Marlin Fans , which is the quickest way to Lufkin , and the name of the Stadium.

I've heard several different ways to go to Lufkin, and I guess HWY 7 to 103 is the quickest, someone give me insight on this, and what is the name of the stadium and the location, I believe that there are 2 or 3 Highschools in Lufkin?

Lufkin has only one high school. It is located on Loop 287. The stadium is Abe Martin stadium. If you're coming in on 103 E. you'd turn left on Loop 287. I'm not sure how far from there, but I don't think it is too far. You can't miss the school and the stadium as your traveling around the Loop.

from what i saw on the map was to take the way through crockett and keep going straight until u reach lufkin . i tink its http://www.mapquest.com/mqproxy/3fba2cbd-00165-02da8-cdbcf391 . just look for yourself. it says that its 4 hr 15 min. i t said to burnet it was 2 hr and something and i got there in like a hr or something

I went through Marlin the other day and the quickest way is Hwy 7 through Centerville to Crockett to Lufkin. When you get to Lufkin take a left on the loop and and exit by the sign that says Abe Martin Stadium, you can't miss it. You should be able to make the trip in about 3 hrs give or take a few minutes. Have a safe trip.

We're playing (drum roll).....Burnet, durn it, lol! A rematch from last year. Hoping for a much better game of it this year.
