Navarro coming off an off week due to a cancellation, Gonzales coming from a beating at the hands of Cuero. I was say Navarro can pullout another blow out, but only time will tell. What's yalls picks? (Navarro by 21+)

Apaches have a better defense than Medina valley so I say 28 to 30 points Navarro

Have to be able to play some offense. So far, the tribe hasn't shown much.

Adjusted stats has the game score of Navarro 34 and Gonzales 24. I think the D for Navarro is the best I have seen. Just have to see if there is any rust since the unexpected bye week. I doubt it will be this close but Gonzales put up a good fight last year. So is there any place that is good to eat other than Mr Taco or the Cow Palace Gontex?

There is a new Italian place downtown that is a really nice restaurant. Name of the place is La Bella Tavola. Running M is also a good place to eat. It has a bar where you can get mixed drinks, beer, etc. Food is also very good. Then there is the Templin Saloon which also has a pizzeria and serves mixed drinks as well. Alcalde Hotel has a nice restaurant in it. Food is excellent, but you are going to pay for it. High dollar place, but again, the food is very good. All these places are within easy walking distance of the downtown square. Looking north, (toward the football field), Running M will be on your right. It is right on the square. La Bella will be on the corner to your left. Templin Saloon and Alcalde Hotel are on St. Paul street. That is also the street to your right. Half a block north to both places. They are on opposite sides of the street. Hope this is helpful. Cow Palace which you mentioned has all you can eat catfish on Friday evenings. It will be full though.

47-14 final. Should've been 54-7 but some very lopsided calls late in the game helped Gonzales out a little

Tejas he is just a young one. We actually looked rusty at spots. We tried more passing than I have seen lately but when we get back to the slot they could not stop it. I am sure with the Texans tough schedule it will be a real physical game when we visit you at home.

bags..you guys are legit. You are dominating, as you should. I do believe we'll give the Panthers a challenge when that day comes...for now...we've got some work to do. Just remember I'm a distant Panther fan most of the year.
