I'm afraid that you're right. How do they compare to the 2008 team?

I'd bet that Liberty-Eylau would beat at least 5 of the teams ahead of them, maybe more...

At this point in the season who knows? I did qualify my statement by saying "at least 5 ..., maybe more"... They have virtually everybody back from a team that went to the quarters last year, only to fall to Argyle by 3 points. They will likely be a little better team this year than last, too.

I have no idea how they compare to the 2008 team, but they just beat the snot out of Alvarado, which is historically pretty good; however, everyone experiences a fall off from time to time. As a guy from LV told me on FNR, time will tell.

The last several years they have started out pretty slow and improved as the season went along; if they are starting at mid-season form, then I hope the clock ticks quick that last game of the regular season when the Rockets will "be in the house...."

They are a very good bunch...get in better shape & they will be way up.
