The only team that will probably won't be in the final 8 is yoakum this year

Yoakum's starting 7 Soph and will have growing pain .Bo will do a good job of getting these youngster ready for Dist. The skill position except one is Soph and they made 300 of the 400 yds total offense against Marion. Schedule gets really tough and these kids will improve each week. Going into season most figure they are one yr away from 2014 level.
No doubt speed is outstanding but experience is lacking. They will be ok by dist. They should make a nice run in playoffs but would be as you stated very difficult to get to QF again. Sinton , Navarro , and Cuero are in my opinion top 3 in R-4 . D-15 is a tough dist and last yr 3 teams made it to 3 rounds and of course Sinton- Yoakum to QF

Yoakum will be alright. They are well coached and have lots of young talent. We will get a first hand look in a few more weeks. Never discount the Yoakum Bulldogs they love to sneak up on ya.

The two biggest differences for Sweetwater from last year to this year are a much improved defense and
alot fewer two way starters. Heck, 5A Lubbock High had more two way starters than we did.
