I agree with Coach Miller of Garland Lakeview 100 percent on this.

I read it, even though I haven't been able to watch an entire basketball game since I was about 25.

This reminded me of the sophomore Prestonwood QB named Mickey Mitchell who DESTROYED the Buckeyes in Plano in 2012, one week after destroying Henderson in Henderson.

He was primarily a basketball player. In fact, he got hurt playing football later that year and gave up the sport.

He's now a Buckeye, BTW.

Great read but when a kid has to move because of an issue with a sibling then the DEC should have ruled her eligible ASAP.

Bring back sitting out one season. That will stop the crap. We have had two D1 types that moved out strictly for athletics, to Allen and Fort Worth All Saints.

Midway couldn't beat their way out of a paper sack and Waco High was a perennial 3 to 4 round play off team with NFL type players 15 years ago. Once Midway allowed transfers unquestioned, Waco has gone down hill.

This is going on state wide and not just in football.
