ZZ Top to play a free show in La Grange for Fayette County Fair on Sept. 5-

We saw ZZ Top in Corpus on May 3rd, along with Jeff Beck and Jimmy Hall (lead singer for Wet Willie) ZZ Top put on a pretty good show.. The guitar playing was pretty good but the vocals weren't as good as they used to be, but let's be honest, those guys are in the late 60's/early 70's so I think they did a good job. I was super impressed with Jeff Beck, he put on a great show along with Rhonda Smith, who played bass behind him. Jimmy Hall sang with both ZZ Top and Jeff Beck - he has this awesome, raspy/bluesey voice..

It may be a free show but you still have to pay to get into the fair so you are paying, their will be plenty room to hold the crowd and our fair committee has it covered. Would love to be at this but hopefully I will be out of town, should be a concert you will never forget.
