Nice! Burnet did it without starting WR's Joel Johnson, Brock Foster, Steven Gallardo, and DB Chris Cromer, who were busy running the 4 x 100m at the State Meet today. They just finished 6th with a 42.28 time. It was their personal best!
Waiting to see how our frosh 110m hurdler, Ian Carter does at state.....anyway, great to hear the 7 on 7 boys did well today...shows Burnet has some nice depth....going to be fun this year...and more good news...soph Drew Kiser is back to the gridiron after taking a year off to run long distance!...little bro of ex Burnet QB Derek (now at Tarleton)......Drew is a heck of a QB too, but looks like he'll be playing WR with returning QB Moore still at the helm.....:2thumbsup
