If you score a 21 and you a top rated athlete you can go to any school you chose. many athletes don't sniff a 21 and it hinders them on where they want to go. A 21 isnt great by any means but isnt bad either.

Lol, it was a rhetorical question. I knew the answer. Just wasn't sure why we were getting excited about a 21
