Varsity 1600m relay. Great race! Burnet and LH went back and forth till the end. Burnet time of 3:22.04 sealed the win.
1st Leg - Chris Cromer (junior)

Yup you would be correct...wifey was a pretty good hurdler in her day...to this day her calf muscles are huge and rock solid!!...I won't wear shorts when I'm with that woman...makes me look bad!....and whenever I've tried to run from her, she still manages to catch me and hit me upside the head with whatever she might have in her hand!.....:doh:

Not yet. I'll try to get them. It was a great meet. There was a girl from Taylor (I think her name was Kerley??)....Holy bejeebers that girl can run!!!....Meet was a battle...Burnet varsity probably takes district had they not mishandled the baton on the 800m relay....no points for that race....dang.....it happens...still proud of those boys!

If I may boast a little...I'm so proud of this kid! Not just because of his athletic accomplishments, but more importantly because he has managed to maintain his #1 freshman ranking with a 4.21 GPA....He is constantly having to play catch up when he misses school for athletic reasons. Missing Wednesday & Thursday for district meet puts even more stress on him...can you say "homework this weekend!".......Love this boy!!! I am truly blessed....Life is good!:2thumbsup
