i want pilot point to win this one. Either way, won't gainesville and pilot point play celina in district? if so,I look for gainesville to knock off celina's win streak.

You know I'll be rooting for you guys, PPHS. But honestly, I gotta tell you--Gainesville's got a heck of a team. Of course, they may be looking past you at Celina, in which case you may slip in on 'em. They're a heck of a team, yes, but they're not unbeatable.

My only advice would be to pound the running game up the middle and play ball control. Your Oline should be able to have some success.

PPHS this is going to be a tough one for sure. Gainsville is a good team, but so is Pilot Point. Nobody is unbeatable. Pilot Point by 6.

I'm leaning toward Pilot Point also, but don't know enough about either team to predict a spread.

Gainesville in this one...beating Bridgeport like they did made me a believer...Gainesville has always had a ton of talent and would have probably gone farther in the playoffs the past 2 seasons but look who they have run into...last year Everman in Rd 1 and in 2000 Commerce in Rd 2..not many teams get past those 2 in the playoffs...Gainesville by 16

Allright!!!! I was hoping Matthew would put his curse on Gainsville :D He has been doing so poorly on the pig picks that if he says Gainsville will win, our chances just increased by fifty percent. (Just Kidding). I am really just moving this one back to the top to get some more response. eek!

Id like to see PP win it, but I want G'ville to be undefeated when they play Celina. I think I may be the only one here who thinks that Celina has a chance to make it five in a row(notice I said a CHANCE!!).

J2KWell since Celina has to come to Pilot Point next week, you realize there is a "chance" that neither Celina or Gainsville will be undefeated when they meet :D :D :D

Well, even if Gainsville beats Pilot Point, I'll still pull for them the rest of the way just because PPHSfan is such a nice guy! Celina's got all that tradition, and that carries a lot of weight in big games. But with these two teams, it's gonna be a hard row to hoe. GA Moore will have his team ready to play football. I think Pilot Point will be able to run the football. Gainesville will be looking past Pilot Point, but they have too many good athletes. Gainesville by 3 in hard fought game. Gainesville 24 Pilot Point 21

I play for Gainesville and i can tell you first hand we arnt lookin past Pilot point at all.. We know they are a major contender in our district.. This will be a good game though.. We'll have to prove alot of people wrong again obviously

Of course G'ville can be beat... we all can. I think they are far from even being considered unbeatable though, and I do believe PP has a nice chance at them. I believe Keith on the fact that they aren't looking past PP, I sure know I wouldn't. PP is too good a team for anyone to look past, they have just enough talent to hand your a** to you if you don't give em respect, no matter who you are. Still, though, I like G'ville in this one. Definately going to be a good game, I'll say Gainesville 28 Pilot Point 14
