Just found out that we have a Subway coming to Hungerford in the near future on Hwy 59. They are already starting to build the Love's Truck Stop which is an acre behind our house. It's very noisy already with all the trucks coming and going It will have 100,000 square feet and will have a McDonald's and fried chicken place inside of it We had a new church open last week. We also have a Reyna's Restaurant in Hungerford next to the post office and their Thursday and Friday steak nights are great. We also have the Hungerford Super Market which has great burgers and fried chicken and barbecue on Saturday
Hungerford's pop is around 650. Most kids go to Boling schools. But across the track they to East Bernard And then down the road some go to Wharton

Will any of this growth have any effect on the Hudgins Brahmas farm? I kind of thought that the Hudgins pretty much ran Hungerford. lol

Hungerford will be a much safer place when they put the subway in. It will keep some of the drunks and crack heads off the roads. Do you think you will be able to take the subway into Houston ?
