I wish him well too 44. But, I think a year or two, he'll wish he stayed at Yoe. I visit BC often, and it just don't seem they are ready to make the effort to change, just yet.

Great story. Hope they give him the time and resources to turn it around. It will take time and a whole lotta patience, that thing is at rock bottom right now.
