State - any DL'ers going?

I'm booked (booked 2 months back really) and ready for next week. Who all is going? Where are you staying? We are staying at LQ Six Flags, next to Humperdinks, if anyone cares to join us for a cold one and a late dinner following one of the nights. Might add, if you plan to stay Saturday night, you'll have to pay a pretty penny for that night, cause Dallas is playing at home Sunday. We are staying, but had to move to FW (for that night) to get cheaper rates.

I'm all set up with my comps at the Winstar. It's not a big drive down from there to the stadium for an all-day Friday affair. I'll come in on Thurs. and catch the 3A's on the way up, then drive to the casino after the games and check in. On Sat. morning, I'm in the Winstar Golf Tournament, and will just watch the rest of the action on TV at the casino. Sunday is the Slot tourney, and then back home Sunday evening.

Taking the motorhome and staying in the KOA just a few miles down the street from JerryWorld- should be a fun 3 days

:thumbsup: Perfect setting , huh P4S? Well, hope to see you and Red again. I think last time I seen ya'll was year Daingerfield beat Yoe (2009 maybe) when they played outside the dome in a town near there. Cold as heck too. Glad they are all in the dome now.

Speaking of 15 bucks I noticed the TAPPS 6 man state championships were held in Zephyr last week. I went over and caught one game and the tickets were $15 dollars!

I will not be able to make it unfortunately. I'm on staycation through Tuesday. Because of that I have a LOT of stuff at work that has to be taken care of before EOD Friday. If our team is playing, LHPD (and possibly some of our offspring) will be there. I'll just have to watch on TV when I get home from work.
