Is Todd Rogers heading to Prosper maybe? Be a big raise for him and the sky is the limit there. Wouldn't be a bit surprised if Prosper isn't dialing him up. Keeping in mind the OC in Prosper was the OC in Argyle before getting hired in Prosper.

Prosper is a very wealthy community and they are prepared to spend as they understand the economic benefits that a good football team brings to a community especially one that is growing. What Prosper will have is not only money but as they grow there will be 3 more High Schools built much like Frisco. Any coach they bring in will eventually be the Athletic Director for that entire ISD which will allow him to hire and place Coaches of his choosing into Head coaching positions. If you are the Coach in Argyle and Prosper comes to you with $180K a year offer and higher pay for his assistants and then to be moved to the Athletic Director for all 4 High Schools in their ISD after so many years ! Something to think about!

Todd Dodge signed at Austin Westlake for $120k. The Lake Travis coach is the highest paid at $139k. Not sure if they hold AD titles as well though.

If you have a very good high school coach with tenure, you want to keep him, and he gets offers elsewhere, just look at how much the superintendent makes at said school. The super will make at least $1 more..., if you want a hint at what said coach makes.;)

I think Westlake's AD is the volleyball coach. Not sure about LT's. The AD used to be separate but I think he retired, so they may have given it to the hfc there.
