Rockport Fulton slot T wins it, their qb with a big game in this one.

Canyon Lake runs the T to and they have a back that reminded me of the LH 06-07 team. Kid just kept moving the ball, rarely lost yardage.

If Rockports Backs get going along with their QB they won't be stopped. Defense is going to have to load the box with them but rockport has been very good at the mis direction and has a sneaky passing game. Rockports defense on the outside leaves a lot to be desired though especially in the secondary. Big weaknesses for them. Still give Rockport the win their backs are on a roll

Having played Canyon Lake, I'll tell you I was thinking it was the Canyon Lake of old, just plain not good. I was sadly mistaken. They are big, they are physical, and they move the ball. Defense is tough all the way around. Good luck to both teams, this is a game I would like to see.

Watched rockport all year and the only way they got beat was by 2 ways 1: have more big plays than rockport (that would be a lot) 2: the passing game. Like i said rockports passing d is weaknamd the corners can get blown by but the QB is going to have to be accurate. Pleasanton tried to pass with their inaccurate QB and RPT blew then out.

I think CL is growing weary of losing the close ones.The future looks promising for Hawk football. They have a good coach and he is making a difference.
