Are there panhandlers in the panhandle??

And speakin' of...saw a good one the other at a busy Austin intersection....so there's this young guy holding up a big sign, waving and dancing around, advertising a local gym...obviously, the kid was getting paid for his services......then right behind him was the panhandler...who held up two signs: "That gym sucks!" and "Anything will help".......:doh:.....
