WOS is favored by 92 points over 0-10 Scarborough (by the Padilla Poll). Never seen that big of a favorite.

No disrespect but this thread is a waste of web space. They need to start the clock immediately after the National Anthem.

Houston will be out first 0-11 team too, in Texas history. Nice these kid's have that to be proud of, huh?

How did they make the playoffs? Are there only 4 teams in their district? This is gross!

Yes, the fifth school was turned into a vocational school in the spring and dropped all athletics. Basically they knew they were in before they even played a game.

Jones was the 5th school that Third is referring to.

Wow, the UIL ought to be ashamed.

You don't think it's a big deal to be a 92 point underdog (or favorite)? Sorry to waste your time (or web space). Is there a cap on web space these days?

They had a feature story on a Houston TV channel about Scarborough making the playoff and they said they had lost 57 games in a row.

Games like this defeat the whole aura created by Texas HS football playoffs. UIL is destroying a great thing (the past playoffs) by essentially giving teams participation passes into the playoffs. I would forfeit if I was the coach of the 0-10 team.

My thoughts also. You risk injury to your players to prove what.I would think Coach T will get a good lead and pull the first string.I doubt we will score much above 50 if that.

i just hope it is an injury free game. Scarborough has nothing to losing and one freak play can get one of the star players hurt and out for the playoffs. this is just crazy 0-10 how can you get excited about the game. we are almost in the same boat to 2-8 Smithville. play smart Leps and get out there with huge win 60 something to 0, zip, notta. i would be willing to bet that Scarborough dont even get to mid field on the Leps.

64-0 WO-S.Scarborough had 1 first down on the last play.minus 19 total yards.Had a running clock in the second quarter.WO-S ran 20 something plays.About the same number of fans Scarborbough had.Sad that the kids community didn't support them.

Coach T did every thing he could to keep it down after the first quarter.I think it was 35-0 at that point. Both teams showed great sportsmanship thourghout the game.

We know that all too well. Mismatches happen, even in the playoffs. I still say a team should have to win one game before they make the playoffs. The Mustangs essentially had a bye anyway, lol.

That is exactly right, Waterboy. The problem is that makes 2 bye weeks in a row... I hope like heck that doesn't come back to bite us.

We attempted a FG on 1st and goal but missed it. Would have been a little closer to your prediction.
