im coming home ladies and gentlemen

i board my flight on saturday at 1400(2:00) fer th' yungsters(im 19 btw). and get in to dfw airport at 0514 in the morning. it will be great to be home for these two weeks and i plan on attending the reg6 div II powerlifting meet, and wishing luck to my two little brothers who will, God-willing, allow them to lift. cant wait to be back home, what a great feeling it will be.

Cool, that'll help the boredom a lot. That was always part of my problem, once I got to Pearl, I didn't go home until I left the Navy. That was a mistake on my part. Enjoy the visit. wink

Have a great trip and enjoy your leave! I remember those trips home when I was in the navy, it was great to go home, but the reception the men in uniform got at some of the airports wasn't always pleasent back in the early 70's. Thank god its different now.
