I think Henderson wins and maybe one set of the bulldogs.
Kilgore probably gets beat by Jasper. Def not a sweep for the District of Doom.

I think Henderson will beat Silsbee even though Silsbee matches up better with Henderson than they would have with Chapel Hill. Silsbee definitely down this year with the loss of 29 seniors from last years team and only having 10 seniors this year with just 6 of those as starters. Tigers are young.

I believe Jasper will beat Kilgore. I will be seeing Jasper this Friday night when Silsbee plays them. Will get a little more feel for those Bulldogs.

If Huffman gets their QB healthy, they will be a tough match up for either Chapel Hill or Carthage. QB went down in 1st Q last week against Jasper. If he is back, I like their chances against Carthage but maybe not enough to handle Chapel Hill.

Little Cypress-Mauriceville is pretty much a one trick pony. RB Robert Green is their offense. You stop him, you stop LC-M. Bears have a good O-line but do not pass protect well enough to give them a good passing attack. QB Jake Sonnier is a good size kid, but not very mobile. LC-M's defense is good, but will not be able to match the speed of Carthage or Chapel Hill.

I see 9-4A taking 1st round 3-1 unless Huffman gets QB healthy. Then a 2-2 split.

BTW, this will be the 75th meeting between Jasper and Silsbee. Old time rivalry.
