I'll ask again. What happened to Bay City? They used to be such a terrific football program. It saddens me to see the Blackcats in such a state of disarray.

I couldn't care less about what happened to Bay City. I still remember how they used to deride & make fun of us when our program was on life support back in the 90's. Smug bastards. They were only concerned about how many points they could hang on us. Call it a lack of talent. Call it a lack of desire. But they still know how to take a cheap shot or two, so players watch your backs...

I also remember when West Columbia were cellar dwellers. Just because the tables have turned doesn't give anyone an excuse to disrespect any opponent, regardless of what they did to you in the past.

Be the better team. Don't lower yourselves to their level.

2011 I think. Went undefeated through the semis where we lost to Chappell Hill in the last few seconds.

I think 2012....

WC was 14-0 (I think) going into the semifinal matchup with Chapel Hill, where we lost 16-21 in the last 10 seconds of the game.

WC still has a huge hurdle in el campo to go undefeated in the regular season this year though....
