It's still 0-0 for the Argyle/Carter game. I hope it don't stay that way too much longer, haha. The game will be played at Kincaide tonite. Very nice stadium that seats about 15000. I reckon it'll look like it's empty tonite, though. Maybe there will be a good Carter side showing up to watch this battle. I figure Argyle will probably bring their normal 1500-2500....band and student body inclusive.

Before people get on here and say we lost due to Stidham going down, let me say that Chaveria threw six touchdowns, and the Ville had almost 600 yards of offense. I have been saying it all year, the defense has got to show up. We got killed on that side of the ball tonight. In the playoffs, if we make it past a Graham, Wylie, or Big Spring and make it to teams like Argyle or Kennedale, ewe have got to make stops. The best case scenario gets you to a Navasota or Kilgore and we are supposed to stop them? I know we are built for a shoot out type of game, but good grief. Again the offense did their job and hats of to Chaveria. Kid played his tail off in a very tough situation. The defense played hard but we aren't good on that side of the ball. Period!

Everything he said is true. Stephenville couldn't stop the read option. The Steers couldn't stop the pass.
