A little closer than the score sounds. Mexia busted off a couple of big runs late, while Blackcats defense did a nice job in the 4th slowing down the Leopards run game. Mexia passing game looking looked very suspect in the first half, but benefited from a number of laser slants on the second half. Lorena made some adjustments on the past two weeks, inserting Forrest at QB and soph Spivey at RB position, resulting on a better passing game and run game between the tackles.
