sorry, but may i please have i word...they say forney will score 7 or 10...lol, i undersatnd that WP has a great team, but how can you pick forney to get 7 or 10 points. if anything, you should say 28-21 if you are a WP fan.

as for all of these random WP players getting login names on here, (which i seriously doubt that they are who they say they are) why would you put your actual name?

Jimbo, if you are so positive that those are not actual WP players, then why would you go tell Clint that a player made that comment? Also, I don't see why you think WP is an unclassy team. Have you actually seen them play or do you personally know any of the players? Just curious what you are basing that on. All of the WP people have said Forney has a good team. Are they unclassy because they think their team has a chance to win?

Im tired of hearing all this bull crap about forney/wills point. We will find out friday who the best team is. I have heard severel forney fans and players say that they are not worried about us and that they will stomp us because of a weak district. Having a weak district has nothing to do with how hard we practice. The team who has the best week of practice and plays "football" will win this game.

First of all, the name I have is not terroristic in any way. Just for your information, Skandar Akbar is a wrestler, a "fictional" character. Just because the name is of middle-eastern descent does not make it terroristic in any way. I read the post by the person saying they were a WP player and saying they'd win 125-0, but you went on to say you knew for a FACT it wasnt actually a WP player; therefore, I was asking you why you were saying they were unclassy if you yourself stated he was not a player. If you want to call a team classless, maybe you should look at some of the players on your own team. I have seen Forney play a few games this year and in the past and I know several people who have played against them and they say they are the biggest bunch of trash talkers they have seen. But the fact is that nothing that is said on this board matters because the game will be decided by the two teams out on the field.

HOLD UP!!!!!!! Wills Point unclassy! I got booed off the feild when I got hurt in forney, and you dare call us unclassy, although Forney did make me into the best damn bench warmer 3a has ever seen:) (isent that right Blue Doom) if you cant see that Lyons was just kidding then you are the stupidist person down low has ever seen. I sweet and blead with ever guy on that Wills Point team and some I even Coached last year and I can tell you they are the great group of guys that desurve everything they get and more. BTW: I think this will be a lower scoreing game then yall think it will be. These are both third round teams and one is going down in the first. Will be a great game, I hope WP stomps all over them but a W anyway will work.

Ive seen Wills Point this year. Ive seen Forney this year. Both are very good teams. People arent giving WP a whole lot of credit because sadly people base their opinions on teams on who they play. And...everyone in Wills Point will agree...or should agree..that they havn't played the hardest schedule in the world. Now....once they beat a great team like Forney, they won't get that credit they deserve. Thats like back in 99 when Forney went 10-0 and lost in Round 1 to Lake Worth. You cant base things off how teams do in preseason and district...its all about postseason. Go a couple rounds deep and people then consider you a great team.

If Wills Point wins Friday, then you can consider them a great team in 3A. Its all about postseason. You can go 10-0 every year in the regular season but if you cant win in the postseason, you arent a great team. If you cant rise to the occasion then you arent a great team. Wills Point gets their chance to take a HUGE step Friday night. So does Forney!

Good luck to both teams. The best team will win!

WPgrad I've said it before and I'll say it again you did not get booed off the field. We cheered silly. wink I think everyone has weighed in on this subject and I, for on, am going to give it a rest. Grad you're right about the caliber of these teams. it is unfortunate that they have to meet in the first round. Plus Cunigan is out (God bless'em). I was going to wait an give my prediction but I'll go ahead and do it. I think WP rely's on big plays too much and Forney may give up one a game. Forney will control the ball (and the clock). WP defense hasn't been tested in weeks and that could pose a problem. The secondary has adjusted well to the spread offense I've seen them in zones (cover 2 & 3) as well as a little man. WP ability to accept what the D gives them will be a huge factor. I think all the other intangibles favor Forney. Big game, tough opponent, surroundings, etc. I hope for a great game and no injury's on either side. I promise I won't boo or cheer should a WP player get hurt. :D My prediction ..........Drumroll please....................

hahaha Rabbbit, I most deffenetly did get booed off the field,weather they were booing the call or me is irrelivent the fact that they were booing while parametics are carrying me off the field was just plain rude. I will remember that game as long as I live, it changed my life forever. BTW: KAORDER, I dont like being called a lier, dont talk unless you know what you are talking about!

I have heard from people that have seen film of lyons#7 and they say he is not half as good as he thinks he is. I also no for a fact that the qb is not all that great. Forney'll take this one.

I've seen McDougle play and he's one of the best I've seen. Not only can he throw the ball well, his scrambling ability is very under-rated. I promise you, Forney has not seen a QB this good so far this year. It will be a true test for them.
