OKIE STATE @ TCU: 3 pm on FoxS1

No undefeateds left in the Big 12 now with Baylor's defeat today. Now TCU will be taking on a very explosive Okie State team that also plays tough D. This one should be a good one, too. I've got TCU winning this one in Fort Worth today as TCU bounces back against last week's late game collapse in the 4th quarter against Baylor.

I guess with KState winning today against Okla. things are getting mighty dicey in the Big 12 among about 4 or 5 teams. TCU has a chance today to put themselves in great position to make a run for the Big 12 title. They did lose to Baylor, but lots of football left in the season. This game is a MUST for both of these teams today to have a chance at the title.

TCU scores on a nice run on their 2nd possession on 2nd down in this series after a long pass. That run was good for about 30 yds.

Don't go to the fridge....cuz TCU just scored again on a playfake pass over the middle for a long quick-strike score on first down. Now it's TCU 14-0 just that fast. That one was good for 77 yds.

Now Okie State hits a big completion downfield to the TCU 10 for a 57 yd. gain. TCU will try to hold for a field goal.

TCU D holds to force State to attempt the field goal from the 12. This one is a 30 yarder and its good. 14-3 now with 5:30 to go in the first. Maybe this will be the high scoring game of the day in the Big 12.

Catalon for TCU runs it out on the kickoff and is crushed at the 15. TCU starts from their own 15 now.

You're kidding me.....the horn is sounding again for TCU. On 2nd down Boykin hits his receiver at the TCU 40 and he takes it the distance for another FROG TD. RIBBITT, RIBBITT!!! That one went 84 yds.

TCU forces a 3 and out for State and now they will have to punt from their own 20. Fair catch on the TCU 34. Don't leave your TV set just yet.

On 2nd and 11 Boykin runs for first down. TCU should have won last week against Baylor, but let it get away in the 4th with a 21-point lead. Now they are looking strong again this week on offense. Uh-oh....TCU just threw a short pass and State's linebacker picked it off. Looked like a middle screen.

Let's see if the Cowboys can convert this turnover to a TD, or if TCU can hold for another field goal.

TCU throws the Cowboys for a loss. Now it's 3rd and 13. That's the end of the 1st quarter. 21-3 TCU.

Cowboys convert for the 1st on 3rd and long. Now its 3rd and 7 from the 7. TCU holds. Looks like State will have to settle for another field goal.

Catalon drops a probable TD throw from Boykin. TCU punts it out of bounds to the Cowboys 30. At least this game is interesting. A&M/BAMA is a beat down already.

Okie State held to another field goal. They are good at them field goals so far. 21-9 TCU.

It means they are moving the chains and getting into scoring position, but TCU is holding in the red zone. Both teams look pretty good on D. TCU just happen to hit a couple of long ones early. Looks like the Cowboys are tightening up now on D.

At least these refs are not flaghappy like in the Baylor game....they are letting the players play. Only one penalty so far. TCU is forced to punt now.

Cowboys punt back to TCU and now the Horned Frogs have it onlthier own 14. Catalon takes it out to the 34 on 1st. Now another 1st 11yd pickup for TCU running it. On the TCU 44, Boykins hits his receiver for 12 yds and another 1st. 3plays....3 1st downs for TCU.

TCU at the State 44 throw incomplete in the end zone. He was wide open, but Boykin was being chased . 3rd and 10 throws 1 yd. short at the 35. 4th and 1 and timeout TCU.

I think Patterson will go for it, even though he could kick the field goal which would be about 53 yds. out.

TCU calls a run to the right side and Catalon sidesteps a defender as he takes it all the way for the score. TCU 28-9 now. Under 2 min. left in the half. Big TD there for the Horned Frogs.

Happy halftime for the Horned Frogs in Fort Worth today. Boykin throws a perfect pass to Catalon at the 2 but he drops it. Field goal attempt is wide left and short. If TCU is able to win here today, it will be partytime tonite for the ladies in Fort Worth.

TCU is the best team in Texas right now. If they take down Tech, that KSU game could be epic.
