Sweetwater has several restaurants along I-20 which are about eight miles before you take the HWY-84 exit towards Snyder.
They're all located at the same exit.

Skeet's
Dickie's BBQ
Buck's Steakhouse and BBQ
Big Boy's BBQ
The Great Wall
Golden Chick
McDonald's
Taco Bell
Wendy's
Subway
Schlotsky's

There are also two truck stops an exit further down the road that have an Arby's, a Popeye's and a Pizza Hut in them.

I agree...The Spanish Inn is very good, but there really is not much to choose from in Snyder.
