For the Leps and Buckeyes to get out of R2 or R3 DII they will have to beat three of the top ten teams in their division. Cuero or Celina would not face a top ten team until the semifinal.:thinking:

We know about Cuero...Celina does not like to play East Texas Teams...too much speed

Gilmer is slow, but they make up for it by being small, too. LOL!

Gladewater had the easy path last year. Maybe the easiest path to the 4th round ever. Sometimes easy paths don't work to your favor in the end. I hope the cupcake district that Gilmer plays in does not set us up for a quick playoff exit. Better to be battle tested and ready for anything and everything every week.

It has nothing to do with speed, Celina has always had plenty of speed. The problem is the defense Celina runs! When u load the box up if the runner gets passed that box then your in trouble.
