By decree of the powers invested in me (of which there are none), on this day, the 5th of October in the year of our Lord 2014, I hereby nominate of my own free will and accord and with all due respect to the powers that actually be, the game between the China Spring Cougars and the Burnet Bulldogs to be played at Cougar Stadium on October 10th in the year of our Lord 2014 starting at 19:30 hours to be the GOTW for Region IV.

This one. Most likely the winner is the district champion, and has a good shot to be the Region 4 champion. This is the only game that should be considered as the GOTW in Region 4.

La Vernia/Rockport Fulton game could be a good one, Rockport Fulton offensive line is pretty good, if they can just be better defensively I would give them a shot in that game.

Rockport Fulton offensive line is pretty good, I would give them a shot in that game.

They'll get a shot alright. Several of them. LV loves to defend that style of "O". Rougher the better. Be about like the Navarro game. Teams with speed, balanced attack, will give us a game.
