They just beat Tatum (#10 in D2). They both are better than their records indicate.

Their two wins are good ones (Tatum & Paris) and their three losses are to 5A teams. Still though they gave up 41 points to Paris in the win and the Lindale loss doesn't look so good considering Lindale lost to Carthage by 9 and Van by 32. They do have top 20 talent, I'm just not sure they have done enough to be ranked ahead of some of those teams. They are team that if they get it figured out could go on a run.

They did beat Tatum last week 42-39 (they are very good), lost to PN-G 53-20, beat Paris 51-41, lost to Whitehouse 52-42 & Lindale 21-17...pretty good schedule, they are from East Texas, & they deserve some love.

The PNG that WOS beat 33-27? Wow, I didn't know they lost by that much. Looks about right IMO.

Hardin-Jefferson should be higher than #16. A win this week against Tatum should move them up the polls.

I don't think we should rank these teams entirely by the record, but body of work with 4-5 games completed has to count for something(i.e. CH). You've just got to give some of the undefeateds like Sweetwater, HJ, and PI more credit at this juncture, jmo.
