View Full Version : Ingleside (4-1) @ Kingsville (1-4)

The good news is Ingleside had players return for the Rogers game, the bad news is they are still committing too may offensive penalties that are killing drives. I hope they don't take Kingsville lightly. This is the last game for them to get those wrinkles worked out.

Kingsville has played some good defense in some of their games. I believe they are strong against the run.

It's bad enough we are without our best LB in Kyle and our best WR /DB in we lose senior DT Isaac Suniga and stud WR/DB Martin Pruitt that game not sure how serious the injuries are but we definitely need those players in there come district.....Martin and Andy definitely would make a huge difference especially in the passing game to help out Dillon. And where the heck is our kicker he's been out the last 2 games.

That is no good. Hopefully they are not serious and will be back for district play.

I'm hearing district in 2 more weeks for most, Kyle might be back the second game in district. Ingleside has been without a few big time starters almost all season, all seniors I am really impressed on how these younger kids have done to fill spots.... To be 4-1 with what they've had to work with is very impressive. This is supposed to be a down year for us and the kids have responded well to adversity.

Keep them out and let them heal then. Like you said the the younger kids have done well to fill those spots. Hopefully those offensive penalties can be taken care of by the time district play starts. They sure are a momentum/drive killer.

I agree. Get them healthy. The youth you've played, will show it's fruits come district. And, when the starters return, it's like a AL star coming to the NL at the all star break. Nice boost at the right time. Good luck IS.

OT: Kingsville 22 Ingleside 21... stunner. As bad as I heard Ingleside played, they wouldn't win any district games if they keep it up.

Ingleside is still without a few big time starters as they have all season the loss of senior DT Isaac Suniga last week really hurt us....most should be back by district.....MLB Kyle the heart of our defense should be back the 2nd district game. Ingleside will be a different team come district.

I hope you are right MF. When was the last time Ingleside lost back-to-back games in the regular season?
