Bay City as not had a good team since 2007.

Bay City has a long tradition of winning. They won the 4A DII State Championship the same year La Grange won it in 2000. Then in 2001 they went all the way to the final and lost just as did La Grange in 3A DII. LG played them in game 1 in the HEB Game of the Week in the AlamoDome losing a defensive battle 9-0. I don't understand how such a fine program could degenerate to the depth that it has. Perhaps the community has changed and no longer is supportive of the program. I doubt it is a lack of raw talent. A good program starts coaching kids early on in Pee Wee and Junior High ball. I would really like to see the program make a comeback much like the program at Hempstead has in the past 5 years.

I heard Bay City put Kinkaid and SPX on the schedule because they were sorry private schools....LMAO

Wonder if that playoff ready Bay City defense will show up this week.....
