Great news, Kilgore has a bye week this week. Actually they play Pine Tree, but same difference. Kilgore should have an easy game of it, but they will have to stop the Pirate's QB. He can run and is hard to get down.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. These games don't matter in the long run. Just keep your athletes injury free. WOS is on their 4th string QB now with an enrollment of less than 600.

Hopefully lady luck will swing the other way for us on the tail-end of the season.

Good luck to the Bulldogs the rest of this season. That was a great game. A track meet in the 4th. Hopefully all of the players will be healthy for another deep playoff run.

Add a 3 OT loss to the list...

Kilgore 13
Texas High 19
Final, 3 OT

Predistrict doesn't matter... you could be the Paris of 1988 who kicked our a$$ in the State Finals after they went 0-3 to start the season.

You're right, and we will be fine going forward..... but the 3 losses we've had thus far have all felt like a square kick to the crotch.

Ouch Prayers sent for Kilgore down here at Godley we are 2-0 at Home and 0-2 on the Road. Most years by this time we 're 4-0 or 3-1. Both of us are in unfamiliar territory.
