I use Friday Night Rivals. You can pick and choose the teams you want to follow. Works well for me.

When you update, it will change...all free now & works very well...mostly real time...get & play with it

As previously noted, Fox Sports bought the Friday Night Rivals app. At least that is what appears happened.

Fox sports SW football Friday is a great update. Best high school football app out there.
