SEC is on 104 on GVTC. More importantly, Longhorn Network is there now too. It's on 103 with HD being on channel 593.

Just noticed we had it last night/this morning and I watched two SEC games including Georgia and Auburn from awhile back, Moreno and Stafford were still playing and then the LSU and Georgia game last year. I could get used to this.
