Anybody got any remedies for....

getting rid of a left eyelid twitchin' (blepharospasm) and a left nut twitchin' (ballpharospasm)??.......someone once told me that hanging on a monkey bar or tree branch will eliminate the eye twitch but not sure about the nut part!!....it's quite annoyin'.....:confused:
