I like your faith in putting the Carthage Dawgs in 3rd, but we will start 11 new young men on the O side of the ball. The D will be one of the best in the state and will have to carry the Offense until they learn to play together. Carthage will have another young, big, and strong outstanding O line and a good but unproven QB. Skilled players will be the question. I still believe by the time district rolls around the Dawgs will be a force in the playoffs.

Carthage just reloads. The Rattlers will on their chance at revenge. Hopefully it won't be as frigid.

Division I- there are several teams that have a good shot at a state title in Region 3 Div I, i think one of them will take it all JMO
*
Division II- this is a differenrt story any team listed could come out on top in region 3 Div II, if there is a title contender we will have to wait and see

Some of you obviously haven't kept up with Bay City over the past 10 years.

Yep not the Blackcats from a decade ago.

Hey! Call it a sentimental favorite. WOS and the Black Cats go way back. They hung 61 on West Columbia last season (same as WOS did in the playoffs) and scored 25 against El Campo. If they get that defense under control they'd be back to their old selves.

That was El Campo's least talented senior class in 10 years.
It won't be close this year if Bay City has a similar team.
