Just saw that Stidham was the #1 quarterback at Elite 11 in the first rankings.

From what I saw everyone was high up on Murray, at least on Twitter, but according to the Elite 11 official twitter account he wasn't in the top 11.

I saw they bring 18 kids, do they make a cut?

Yeah, all I've seen is good stuff about him but the Elite 11 twitter doesn't have him ranked in the top 11 as of two hrs ago, I can't figure out how the heck to upload an image of an actual tweet. The best I can do is send the picture they actually tweeted out.

Yeah, I was watching that live feed all day. That's where I was seeing everyone talking about him. I guess the Elite 11 staff saw it way differently. Don't really understand that amount of difference in the rankings though, especially with top talent all around. But 247, Bleacher Report and everyone else don't decide the rankings or who the MVP is.

Thats about right It seems Stephenville is usually blessed with great QB talent and a great program since Briles started thier first championship drives then Chad Morris and now Gillespie has them running on all cylinders. But it does surprise me that Morris didn't get a championship while he was there. Even though he was the Bay City head coach and a big Ricebird rival when in this area he was a coach with a lot of class and probably one of the classiest coach that was the head man in Bay City. Bay City really hated losing him now he donig good in college and I suspect he be a great HC in college like Brile has become

He came real close in 2005 but the Matthew Stafford led HP Scots scored the winning TD with 15 secs left in the semi-finals. HP went on to beat Marshal in the SC 59-0.
