I am setting up these threads to open up fan voting for the districts in region III (DI & DII). Post below, in order, who you think will make the playoffs out of each district.

1st place = 4 points
2nd place = 3 points
3rd place = 2 points
4th place = 1 point

All of the voting will be added and then posted, just like top 25 and regional top 10's have been constructed in the past. Voting will go through the end of July. Regional polls will go up at the beginning of August.

What schools do the Jones players have an option to which to switch? Sterling and Worthing? Houston Jones will not have athletics in 2014-15 or at all in the future.

I think they're using MLK as the primary boundary. East side to Sterling, west side to Worthing. What's ironic to me is, I spent my first two years of high school at Worthing, and the last two at Sterling.

I'm dating myself but I saw the Yates vs Jones Quarterfinal 5A game in the Astrodome in 1985 the week after Yates beat us. Jones was the only team that came closer than WOS to beating them that year. I understand the economics about it but still a shame a school with such a history is no longer gonna be what it was. Times have changed so much.
