According to media sources, these are some sample questions that he failed.

What season of the year is it?

Spell the word, world, backwards.

Count backwards from 100, by sevens.

He could not do these.

I'm thinking at least 20% of the US citizen population would fail this. lol

Sounds like someone leaked his MMSE (Mini Mental Status Exam). It's a commonly used screening test for dementia and those are some of the standard questions/tasks on it. Don't care for the guy... but his confidential medical records should be just that--confidential.

If it is part of a court hearing/case...is it not public record?

It can't be you Cam. There is not an ignoramus out there that could come up with the things you do...in other words...you are true genius. :nerd:

Somewhat off topic, but this reminds me of what a Gilmer baseball coach once told me right after Ross Perot had the Texas Legislature enact the "no pass, no play" law in the mid-1980s.

"I don't think you should penalize a kid for bein' DUMB!"

Similarly, I don't think you should be able to force a billionaire basketball team owner to sell his property for "bein' SENILE!"
