One of my football officials wife Karen has a tumor which has attached itself to her brain stem. She is in a Houston hospital and surgery at this time is not an option. They will do a biopsy on Monday, and see what course of action to take from there. You all know I believe in the power of prayer, so if each of you will help out, I would be truly grateful.

Prayers for Karen. I have an aunt that has tumors on her brain as well. Do you know if she is at MD Anderson?

News is not good, the tumor is malignant, attached to the brain stem, so radiation is the treatment at this point. She has (Astrocytoma) type cancer, I know not what the hell that is much less how to pronounce it. I will update as I find out from Alan, but keep him and Karen in your prayers, gonna be a rocky road. They both are 60, and recently retired, she a teacher and he a state inspector, good people in a tough situation. Need all the prayers that you have in your hearts, thanks from ZB2...

May God's blessings and prayers be with Karen and her Family from the Cuero and Yoakum Area. She is getting the best care possible at Houston Medical
Centers. I went thru Radiation and Chemo 2 yrs ago there and the Doctors and Nurses are just amazing .
