Whoop! My son and I met this kid in February at Built Ford Tough Banquet at Cowboy stadium.

To be quite honest, I haven't been that impressed by him. Hopefully he proves me wrong

Only saw the kid play in the state game and man he made it look easy, but he also has probably 7-8 D-1 guys with him on that team. Kid kind of seemed to have an attitude issue or breakdown. Saw fumble the ball and then just not get up or make any effort to get or tackle the guy who picked it up. Immediately walked to bench in some other players ear. I'm sure Sumlin will fix that real quick.

Obviously what every one is worried about is his height. He's 5'10. I don't know what the recruit sites have him at but they're usually an inch if not more shorter than what they're listed at. I've seen him close up and I was significantly taller at 6'1.

I don't know why ESPN has him ranked #1. Kid didn't even make Elite 11, which I was pretty sure was almost a pre-requisite for that title. Regardless, A&M can use all the help it can get to maybe finish third in the SEC west again :p
