Oh, I bet they're (contractors) taking part of the loss investigation for sure.. Wonder if they (School District) went with the lowest bid? Being an outsider, looking in, it's way to difficult to even have an informed discussion on this - Contractors pay (and I mean pay ALOT) for their various insurance policies and bonds, especially when dealing with schools and municipalities, and hopefully, this general contractor had adequate limits as well as the sub-contractors involved. I'd like to hear what Crabman's take is on this.. He's up to his eyeballs with work right now but I know he peeks in on the Downlow from time to time.
