It is a 1943 propaganda movie called They Came to Blow Up America. It is based on true events. It stars George Sanders as Carl Steelman, Ward Bond as Chief Craig and Sig Rumon as the doctor. It is a good move and hasn't been on TCM in years. The last time that TCM scheduled it was in late September, 2001 but it was cancelled due to obvious reasons. Don't miss it.
