The kid needs to be glad he lives in the Houston area. The thousand dollar crack, is the kind of stuff WFAA does exposes on about players and schools in the Metroplex.

I won't say that we went 40 yards but, back in the day, threw outfield fly balls to yourself all the time.

Ask any diehard baseball youth that was an only child and you may discover feats like this have already been done

Haynes' coach at Manvel was skeptical too.
So, he shot a video on Tuesday of his 17-year old player doing it again.
"He thought I could do it but he wasn't sure," said Haynes. "He wanted to make sure I could do it before going on different TV shows."
