So what is the one team that has turned things around and has been the suprise team since district has started.
I am gonna go with my Atlanta Rabbits They sarted out the season at 1-4 and since District they have done nothing but get better and better. But I know there is others out there also.

Monahans is a team who has turned things around. Were 2-3 in non-district, including losses to two weak teams and a AA school, then finished 4-0 in district including a 35-34 upset over Greenwood.

Sinton... 1-4... will enter the playoffs at least 5-4, and if they beat mathis, 6-4..

i say the liberty panthers..i think 3-0 was a fluke to everyone, and they've gone 6-0 since that....

15-3A

White Oak Roughnecks.

Were 2-8 in 2002 and weren't expected to do anything at all. Were shut out and blown away by Tatum early on, lost to Adrian Peterson and Palestine, then have remained spotless ever since.

7-2 on the season, 4-0 in 15-3A play going into the final game of the year against neighboring district rival Spring Hill, also 4-0 in 15-3A.

Hats off to Coach Blankenship, the staff, and especially the players at White Oak for an outstanding turnaround season.

Cuero was 5-6 in 2002. Returned 2 starters on offense and 3 on defense. Primarily a team of sophomores and juniors. New head coach. Picked 85-90 in most preseason polls. Now sit at 8-1 with their only loss to Rice. Handed Sealy their only loss 44-20. They now are in the top 10 in some polls. They are not the biggest surprise since district but certainly one of the biggest surprises of the year. Gobbla2001 looks like he is afraid to give them any love for fear that the rest of the state might find out about them and somehow play them tougher. I think the secret is out.

But I know there is others out there also. How have y'all had to turn things around? Y'all lost to four 4A programs, one of whom is the defending state champion, and two of the others are fighting for a playoff spot. That's not a turn around. That's the Rabbit AD and coaches having the pills to schedule games to make their team better. And BOY has it worked! Good luck to your Rabbits! Root for my Buckeyes against Daingerfield, and we will hope to meet y'all in the Regional Finals.
