The Marble Falls Daily Tribune reports Dodge as saying:

“I have not been contacted by anyone officially from Westlake,” he said. “Anything involving me is purely speculation as far as I’m concerned.”

The key word is "officially" as Dodgy boy puts it.....:spitlol:......He's a Westlake Chap soon!...anybody wanna wager??.....It's almost that time of year again...coaches are on the move....

Yep, Coach Walsh was being interviewed yesterday and looks like the decision has been made. From Denton to Austin he goes....probably a great hire and a big loss for Guyer.

I'm all for Chicken Express and everything (Even though Bush's has the best chicken in the state) but Westlake couldn't have done anything nicer?

For chicken fast food....you're right caleb...Bush's is king!..I hate Chicken Express! Plus, it gives me the craps! Everything is too salty...and the catfish tastes like the chicken and vice versa!!....Only problem is there ain't no Bush's in Burnet....nearest one is in Lampasas and they don't even deserve it:stirpot:....plus, I can't go there cause they don't likes me......

OK....latest twitter feed I've picked up: Turns out Dodge and Walsh are BOTH at Chicken Express with the Westlake bigs.....I'm hearing it's come down to a head to head competition between the two. Highest TOTAL points gets the job. And the events are as follows:

1) A wishbone breaking competition - this already happened...the dang bone broke right down the middle so it was determined a draw...They were gonna do another break but the Westlake superintendent wasn't finished pickin' off the meat on his bone and refused to surrender it!....so,

2) Now they're going for a two out of three thumb war!....I'm hearin' they're in the 3rd match already and it's tied 1-1! Dodge is complaining Walsh's nails are too long and his skin too rough making it hard to grip.....

3) After that, each candidate must sing the National Anthem in the key of E Major. If any words are forgotten, it's over!

4) A BBQ cook off is to follow....and will be judged by all Westlake personnel and Chicken Express employees!.......

5) Rock, paper, scissors.....4 out of 7 matches

6) A timed race on who can recite the alphabet....backwards!!...

7) After eating plenty of chicken....they must also participate in an egg roll eatin' competition with egg rolls provided courtesy of the neighboring Panda Express!

8) Next comes the cow patty toss...cause if you're gonna take crap from the Westlake locals, ya better be able to fling it too.....

9) 2 out of 3 checkers match...why? I have no earthly idea!...

10) Timed chess match....checkmate must happen within 20 minutes....

11) Each candidate must play a Tudor electric football game between his little vibrating men in Westlake uni's vs. the local Lake Travis team coached by the Lake Travis electric football champion, the great Ed Dalakeislow! If either candidate loses to Lake Travis, NO JOB OFFER PERIOD!!

12) An Easter egg hunt between the two with the collector of the most eggs the winner.......

13) A game of Twister between the two...with no butt sniffin' allowed!...

14) Hairspray hair stiffness competition between the two candidates wives....A hardness tester machine has been brought in to make the measurements.....

Marble Falls is in a tough spot, they are a decent program, but only 5A by a few schools. Marble falls is playing Schools like Cedar Park, Rouse, Leander, Vandegrift, who are very good programs and have twice the kids. Their Offense has been pretty potent, but they dont seem to be able to field a Defense.
