The Argyle Eagles Boys Golf team is headed to the state tourney again this season after capturing the Region II title. Last season, Argyle placed 2nd at the state tourney after winning the region. Argyle started the final round with a 10 stroke lead, but a strong day by the Texarkana Pleasant Grove team narrowed Argyle's eventual winning margin by only 2 strokes. The state tourney will be held at the Hyatt Golf Course in Bastrop this season. Good luck to all teams and hopefully the weather will be nice.
